| Yorkie Hiccups My 5 month old yorkie has had the hiccups for 9 hours! She also threw up once because of them. She was sound asleep when they started in the middle of the night, so it is not due to activity or eating. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make them stop? |

| I don't know the answer? I'm sorry...I wish I could help. 9 hrs is such a long time to have the hiccups. Are you sure that's what it is? Maybe a call to the vet is in order. Does she still have hiccups?

| Hiccups I'm not sure if she has the hiccups still as I have been at work. If she still has them when I go home she will definitely be going to the vet tonight. Thanks for your input. |

| princess had them as a puppy.. they went away after a few minutes and she just had them this morning.. i just rub her belly or pat her back and she eventually stops.. but 9 hours sounds like way too long, and if your little one is vomiting i hope you contact your vet because it could be something else. |
