| Piper Is Itching It start about 3 weeks ago. I put flea and tick med on him and my other two. I've used oatmeal soap and it helps a little. I have searched him for fleas and ticks and we can't find any. Does anyone have some other ideas. I used Dawn but that didn't help either.
