| First of all, I am so glad that little Ginger is ok. I know it was a very scary incident for both of you. Check into leash laws for your city/county. If there are leash laws, you might be able to persue a case against the lab owners. Unfortunately, it will be the labs that suffer the consequenses, and not the owners. The Zapper was a good idea - I'd use it on the OWNERS of the out of control dogs not really, but its a thought. We have leash laws but out in the country people allow their dogs to run. |
