| Nikki+2 | 07-17-2008 08:00 AM | Well so far so good today and I haven't given him any Metacam. The vet did listen to his belly with the stethoscope and said he didn't think it was gas. I didn't give him any veggies last night or this morning but his appetite is normal and he's pooping and peeing normally. It really is just the strangest thing. He didn't jump at the babygate when it first happened, just hopped out of his bed, took a few stepes and started squealing. I guess it's possible he pulled something but the source of the pain can't be isolated by manipulating his limbs or pressing on him. I hope it was just a fluke yesterday that doesn't return. When he was constipated and gassy in Dec. and had to go to the er vet, he was really bloated and just kept moaning. This is different- his cries were awful and went on for 5 seconds or so at a time as though he had been stepped on. Uhgg it was pretty awful so hopefully it's over. Thanks for the concern everyone!:) |
