| Fever My Little guy started running a fever last night. He actually had a vet check yesteray afternoon for some "Hot spots" not going away (had fleas when we got him-bathed and got rid of them but the spots stayed). Said all looked good except rash and gave him delta albaplex and frontline. Still just laying around and feels warm. Called and the vet is out-supposed to have the other vet call me but has not yet. What do I do about the fever in the mean time?? Fever started before dose of med but after frontline. No other symptoms and he did eat his dinner |

| Can you give him 2mms of childrens benedryl? He may be having a reaction to the frontline. Whenever my dogs had reactions to something the vet told me to give them 2mms of childrens benedryl.

| i appreciate the idea but the other med has the same purpose as benedryl. The vet said because of his weight it would be hard to get the correct dose of beneryl. |
