| ![]() Mine have the same looking spots and they are from bug bites - it's the season for small black flies and while it itches like crazy on us the dogs don't seem to be affected quite the same way - but I would definitely check with the vet. Good luck!!

| ![]() GREAT news everyone. I showed it to the vet and she seemed worried at first, but she went out and got a flashlight and looked at it closer and said there is no sign of infection at all. She combed her with a flea comb to see if there were any little bugs on her but there was nothing. She told me it's most likely an allergy to something she's been in contact with, especially since it's only on her tummy and the insides of her back legs, where there is not much hair anyway to protect her skin. She said it would probably go away on its own, but there's a chance that if left untreated it could get worse and spread. So she gave me an antihistamine and anti-inflammatory and said it should clear up right away, and not come back. If it doesn't go away I'm supposed to call back. But there's nothing stopping me from continuing to take her to puppy classes, and to her grooming appointment next week. Yay!

| ![]() Glad it wasn't anything serious. Mine get bumps like that from chiggers that are in the grass.
