Checking in on bleu. I do hope you find out what he is allergic too. Other than the yard. Have you changed anything that you would normally wouldn't use in the house, floors, or on you (such as washing detergent, perfume)? Have you changed his shampoo or conditioner maybe?? Or his treats or his food maybe?? His flea & tick med?

I know you probably already ran through all this through your head, but I am trying to help maybe trigger something that you might have used differently than you normally would.

I'm still sending prayers your way, hoping that you can find out what his allergy is.

Oh Vicky, I know how worried you are. Hang in there hon. I pray everything will be ok with Bleu boy! I have been on a constant worry cycle with my 2 girls it's just hard when we worry constantly it interferes with every waking second of the day. It gets me down and really depressed not knowing all the answers to our issues but all I can do is keep praying. It doesn't help though, I still worry myself sick, I just cannot help it. I feel for you, I really do. I KNOW how much you LOVE your baby. and i know how much you are worrying yourself sick. Blue boy is sooooooooo lucky to have you!

I wanted to ask you about Blue's color. Do his gums or tongue turn greyish or purple when he is having these attacks? My little Samie turns blue when I give her a bath. It's the after the bath that gets her all crazy excited to the point where she can't breath and then in slow motion she puts her head down and gasps and when I see her tongue it's grey/purplish and the underside of her tongue - two very dark stripes on both sides of her tongue dark dark blue.. scares me so bad. My heart races and my i break out in a sweat she gets me so scared. I put the blow dryer down and we stop until she settles down. I know she is happy to be all nice and clean but her baths are every 3 mos. for now. this next bath in a few weeks we are going to video tape her.

The specialist we are seeing says it could be ct or something called larygeal paralysis. when i find the link on this i will send it to you. It couldn't hurt checking it out. also our specialist told us that the only way to tell if there is any collapsing anywhere is to do a "scope" and go in and make her cough, something with giving her saline solution to get her to cough and take images. It's about a 800.00 procedure for this test. right now we are monitoring her episodes. I strongly believe she has allergies and the drainage gets her coughing. bc her nose and eyes are runny when this coughing happens.

Vicki...i have followed Blue Boys story since becoming a member here just a few short months ago. I admire your strength in what you have been through with him. God Bless you, your husband, and your little furbaby. I hope this will all be over for you soon and little Blue Boy can just be the little furbaby he was born to be! Poor little Bleu!! He is just having a tough time. Good thing he has such a GREAT mommy and daddy! You guys are in our thoughts and prayers.

Please keep us posted on Vicki and Bleu Boy. We have had Luvy at Texas A&M once. They are truly good there. But I know Vicki is terrified and a nervous wreck. I hope she has someone to drive with her. We will keep her and Bleu Boy in our thoughts and prayers.

Vicki is just so worried about Bleu Boy. He is still having his wheezing spells and trouble breathing at times. He has an appointment at A&M in the morning. He's having trouble breathing, drinking excessively until he throws up some water, was itchy & chewing on his feet some last night, and she just thinks he acts unsettled. Vicki has been so busy with everything that she probably won't have time to get online, but everyone pray that nothing is seriously wrong with Bleu Boy and that they'll find out what is wrong tomorrow.

Does she still have Jill? Is she having any reactions to anything? I tried to search about Jill but didn't see anything.

Jill has been fine. She's been itchy too but I think she's been a little itchy since Vicki got her. She's not having any kind of reaction like Bleu Boy is having though. But Jill doesn't normally go outside because she is trained to use a litterbox

I'll keep praying for little Bleu Boy and for Vicki. Bless their hearts!
