Hi everyone. Just got home from church a little bit ago. We have a missionary from Haiti here this weekend and next week so I've been busy this weekend helping with the music and sound for that.

I saw Tink today for a little while. Barb had family over so I didn't want to be in the way. I held Tink and rocked in the rocking chair and she nuzzled right up as close as she could get and went to sleep on my shoulder. She didn't want to eat anything this afternoon - I hope Barb had better luck tonight. She was holding her head up very well today. But her back legs are still not working. The front ones are still jerking around trying. But the vet said that is how it would be. He said that if she is going to walk again it will come back slowly and the back legs may never work well because of the damage from the seizures. But I want her to walk again, so she will and that's the end of that story. Now I will just keep praying and helping her and just wait.

Susie, everyday I wait for your update on Tink... I'm so glad everything is coming along... you and Tink need each other so God will be good to you and let you keep each other... love you! xxxxxxxxxx

I am the ultimate optimist...I see Tink trying her very hardest to get better and Susie wanting nothing more than to have Tink well again. So with prayer, hope, faith and a whole lot of hard work...Tink will recover. Bless you sweetheart...get stronger...and heal. More prayers as always...

I had tears in my eyes after reading your post, it is great reading that you held her, I could picture her little head on your shoulder asleep, very soothing for you both and those of us waiting to hear of her progress. My surgery is 06 May. One more week! I'm really excited about it but wish I could be with Tink. I hope they will be able to bring her to hospital or rehad to see me. I'm going to miss her soooooo much.

Tink sounds like she is doing great! Think back and I don't think anyone thought she would recover even this far and look at her progress!!! You have one strong little girl on your hands there - what a fighter.

im new here, but i saw the post on Tink and read through some old ones just to catch up on whats happening. I'm so sorry you are going through this, i cant imagine how stressful it would be, and with your upcoming surgery yourself i know you have alot of anxiety for Tink. We are all pulling for Tink and praying that she regains her ability to walk and eat again! Thank you for taking the time to tell us updates on yourself and Tink because I may not know you in person, and im new-but it just breaks my heart and i feel for you, and im praying for you both!

Tink is such a fighter...............she is like the little energizer bunny. No matter what is thrown at her, she just keeps on going. I hope her threapy goes well and each day is a better day than the one before for both of you!!!

I am so happy to hear that Tink is progressing so well. It's like she's regenerating herself from her head working on down to her tail. With your love and God's grace she will continue to improve daily and i have all the faith in the world that she will. Thanks for keeping all of us updated.
