Susie, that's wonderful news about Tink. What a fighter she is. Looks like she is trying to get better before you so she can take of you instead of the other way around. I am so happy to read that you two girls are doing so much better this time around. The day is getting closer for the two of you to once again be together. What two strong ladies you are. Bless both of you. Your both in my daily thoughts and prayer's. Hugs, |
What an amazing story. I stayed up late last night reading your posts with tears in my eyes. What a struggle it's been for both you and Tink. I'm so impressed with all of the love, support and chances you have given your little baby. You sound like a very special person. Wishing both you and Tink the best...and look forward to your updates. (((HUGS))) |
Go Tink & Susie How wonderful that Tink is getting better and improving! Of course I am delighted and thrilled to hear that you are getting better too! Keep progressing and keep your eye focused on the day you and Tink will be together again! Go Tink!! Go Tink!! Go Susie!! Go Susie!! |
What wonderful news!! Go Tink! :) Susie, I am so happy for you and Tink. I will continue to pray for you both!! :p |
Good grief - I made my post on the other thread you started. I actually didn't know it was a different thread. :o Well, you know where to find it now. :D |
You are both taking different roads in your healing and progress, but you will both end at the finish line together WINNERS!:Pawprint::Pawprint: |
I'm sitting here getting caught up on this thread and bawling my eyes out. Yougetthesmiles said she believed in miracles. It is happening. Praise the Lord!!! Now, Susie, we just have to get you past all your pain. Glad that the docs have a system that they are working with. Hugs. |
I can't tell you how happy I am to hear about Tink's improvement. Yay!! Soon she will be walking and playing with all those frogs. Now, Susie, if only you could get that pain under control.. I pray daily for both of you. Hugs. Sheilagh |
YAY, Tink! YOU GO, girl!!!!:) Now we gotta work on your mama ...:D (Poor God. He is probably shaking his head, going: "Oh boy. It's those Yorkie people again ...") |
Thanks everyone for the encouragement. Tink is doing beautifully. Barb says they are working her soooo hard in therapy that she just poops out in her crate when she gets home. But now she is trying to lift her butt off the floor so she can make her legs go! No luck as of today, but you should see her try - it just makes me sob. I'm so thankful that she is healing. What a loving God I serve to give me such joyous times with my little Tink. I'm going away for a week for some special pain therapy. Please pray with me that this will work. If it doesn't, we are at an empasse. I'm beginning to be really drained and I just don't have the stamina I need to keep pushing. My knee is in really good shape - I have no problems with it at all (of course it is sore and still healing but nothing that I didn't expect). The pain I'm dealing with is all nerve pain, some from sciatica, some from nerve issues during the surgery, and some is what they call "sympathetic" nerve pain from my other leg. Then I have some additional pain going on at night and when I lie down that they are aware of post-surgery but don't know how to deal with it in patients. It feels like my leg is going to burn up and that it is being stabbed with hugs needles - different from the other pain tho. Fortunately, my doctor said that in people who experience this, it usually goes away in 3-6 months. OK, enough about me. I'll see you and my precious Tink in about a week. Take care - enjoy your 4th of july! |
Susie, that is just the sweetest little picture of Tink trying so hard to wiggle her little bottom and legs. She is such a STRONG girl! I am so very thrilled for you both that she is progressing so well. Your post brought tears to my eyes! Now for you, I do so hope this special pain therapy/treatment will help you. I will be thinking of you both as you both continue down your paths for healing! |

What a thrill it was to sign on to YT and read the glorious news of Tink's improvement. I have been praying my heart out for the two of you to continue to show signs of improvement...and give us reason to believe!!! This has been a really rough ride for both of you...but this news is so very promising. Susie, I wish so much that you are able to find relief from your excruciating pain. Given the chance...I think Tink will show you the way. You belong together...you need each other!!! I believe in miracles...I have faith...now I'm seeing promise. Way to go Tink...you are truly wondrous...what a sweet little girl you are...trying so hard, I marvel at your strength and determination. |
I am delighted to hear more good news about Tink!!!!   What a tough little gal she is. I can't wait till I see the post that you and Tink are at home together with the pain under control. Until that day, I will keep praying for you two. :) :hearts-xx :love-hug3 |
