| Hope your babies are doing better!!! My baby Gizmo had thrown up, I collected it on a napkin and analyzed it myself, it had tiny red specs, I was concerned it could be blood... I took a look at his poop and saw tiny specs as well... I had changed his food from eukanuba lamb & rice to the eukanuba yorkshire breed specific food about 3 weeks prior to this problem... Well guess what? I took him to the vet immediately, he had no worms, but the x-rays and the blood work revealed he had intestinal infection perhaps due to the change of food... I felt so guilty that he was suffering because of me... But this was a reaction he had to the specific breed nutrition... He was put on I/d and he is doing better now... I will go back to his original food, Lamb & rice... All cases are different, what can affect mine, may be good for yours... But its better to catch the problem in time, rather than wait for it to get worst... Cause then you'll have bigger risk to deal with... |
