YAY Bernie! We're sooooo glad you are all fixed and getting better! Look at you stnading on all of your legs.

Tink is very happy and hopping up and down to get to the screen.

Judy of Waco ~ Judy made a beautiful heating pad/ice pack and sent it to Bernie. We have instructions to apply a cold pack to his incision three times daily and this pack is perfect. It is soft and comfy and he is very content to have it against his skin. I will post pics soon!

BettyAnne, Carol, Deborah, Susie, Lori, Kellie, Dawn ~ Thanks for all of the pm's and emails to let me and Bernie know you were thinking of him! It meant so much!

Tears of joy as I am reading your wonderful news. Bless the doctor for taking such loving care of Bernie and gifting his surgery. That truly is a man who loves his profession and his patients.

Oh, Judy, please give sweet Bernie a special hug from me and Charlie Barley. A hug to your husband and precious Ginger.

Judy, just wanted to say again how happy i am that bernie is doing better! He'll be a brand new dog in two weeks or so. Love the shave job they gave him! hehehe

That is great that they could do the surgery right away so you wouldn't have to keep waiting and wondering. Before reading that they didn't charge you, I was thinking the very same thing, that they shouldn't charge you.

I'm so glad it worked ot so well.

Judy, that is such great news.

I am so happy for all of you. Thanks for sharing those pics of Bernie. It's so good to see him standing on both his back legs like that. Wow, the vet didn't charge you for his surgery. What a very kind thing for him to do.

OMGoodness...I hadn't kept up with this thread and didn't know Bernie was having surgery. I'm so glad it's now behind him and he can feel better with each new day! Hugs to you...sorry you had to go through this, but thankfully it's a great outcome! Maddie and Libby send get well kisses to Bernie!
