|  Should we or should we not? Today Bleu goes in for X -Rays and last cast! If the Xrays show no movement of the sqrews I was going to ask doctor if we could bring him home NO CAST ... Several dogs have had this surgery and NEVER had a cast.Bleu has been in his 7 weeks I do believe. I just think it would be neat but I want to do what is right and above all protect him ? I need your thoughts on this. Im getting dressed will check periodically... Im so excited I cant stand it! Hugs Vicki

|  I think I would definitely asked the vets his views on this, and if Bleu would benefit, with the cast or not... Yikes I wasn't any help, but I hope all goes well today!

| EEEK that would scare me Vicki. I think I would be safe and keep it on... I would not want any thing to happen to Bleu. I wish you The best of Luck though with the x rays |

| I would ask the vet's opinion. I would err on the side of caution (even though I know you are so excited for the cast to be off), especially since it appears he was born with this versus an injury. You've done a great job with Bleu - he is lucky to have you for a mommy!!!

| Donating YT 500 Club Member  | I'd probably do the last week of cast, just so that i wouldn't blame myself if something happened. I'm very excited to see Bleu without his cast, but I'd err on the safe side and wait.

| We are NOT gonna ask the surgeon we are going to "WAIT" and leave the cast "ON" and me and my hubby will take it off in a week as planned!!! Im listening to yters! I love yall to pieces! Hugs Vicki

| Now that we have that accomplished that what do you think we should have on his cast.. He has been a alligator a dog valentines original I am thinking a big green 4 leaf clover! anybody else wanna give me some ideas?

| i love the 4 leaf clover idea or how about a big smiling sunshine (since he is your sunshine ) with some cute flowers (something to celebrate spring)...i know he is a boy but it would still be cute!
