| Babybear weighted about 9 and a half pounds when I made him his first chair.. Then he was 10 pounds with the second.. But with the third one he was closer to 12 pounds.. He was was 22 months old when he broke his neck.. But he has come a long ways.. Lets see I know on the webpage for Eddie's wheels they have a cat in a wheelchiar.. And I was at Eddie's and just a week before i got there they had a 3 pound yorkie come in for an adjustment on her cart.. She was so cute in the pictures.. I think I might have a pic of her.. I will pm you will my email addy so we can write off list.. I can send you pics that way much better.. I have even seen a rabbit use a cart.. Eddie's makes the for llamas also.. From the smallest animals to the llamas.lol they do what they can and they have the patient in mind the whole time..They are wonderful warm hearted people.. They really are.I am talking about the owners to Eddie's wheels..

| My heart goes out to your baby and if I had seen this earlier I would have directly referred you to Val.... What a woman of wisdom and knowledge when it comes to Baby Bears condition and she knows all about the wheelchairs too. I hope you being in contact with her will answer your prayers and will get your baby out and about once again. I will be following this thread so please update it Many Hugs A devoted AAI/AAS Parent Vicki BLEU BOYS MOMMY

| Thanks!! Thanks to each and every one of you who have prayed for us. Please continue. This is going to be a long 25 weeks. I have a lot to learn about chemo with a patient who can't talk. Can someone who is more familiar with YorkieTalk tell me the best way to find out if there is someone out there who might have experience with chemo and could give me some pointers such as things I can do to protect Gidget during her chemo. I have friends who are all to eager to give me advice as to what my vet should and shouldn't be doing but that I don't want or need. I trust my vet, and he has told me things like keep her away from anyone or any animal with infections just like a person on chemo. I guess I would just like to talk with someone who has been there. Thanks again everyone! Lisa |

| Prayers for Gidget and for you too. I do not know anything about chemo. I would suggest you start a new thread asking for info on chemo. Also, you can use the search option and do a search for chemo and I would also do a search for cancer.
