Hey everyone, i'm here, things have been so hectic around here with school, midterms, the two other dogs, bills, all that fun stuff, and of course..cosmo. To be flat out honest with you all, I can't just pick up and run to a neurologist like your all pushing me to. I'm only 19 for one, i'm not ready to have my boy miles and miles away from home in NYC! And I just KNOW he would be traumatized being so far away from us, I just KNOW it. Another thing, being that I take 6 classes in college, I can't not show up for school especially not during midterms. My parents both work, its not easy. I want to take my chances and see what happens on monday when I go back to the vet. I know your all saying time is limited this and that, but I look at cosmo and I just don't get that feeling that hes going to die any second. I see improvements in him everyday. Is that okay with you guys? its not that I don't care about him, I love him with all my heart I went to school in tears for days and days thinking he wasn't going to make it. Its just so much to process this week has been HELL for lack of a better word. Thanks for the prayers, feel free to say whatever you want, I won't be offended.

Hey sweety i thought you were going to take a break for a bit. Anyways glad to see you here :D. Don't worry i am sure everyone understands that you are doing what you feel is best for you and your little one.



p.s You do need to get some rest you are going through so much right now and little Cosmo doesn't need his mommy to get sick on him.

I'm just reading this and it's all so emotional.....I hope Cosmo's condition improves for you....This decision is yours and your the only one who can decide how you'll proceed in his care.....I'm sure you have nothing but his best interest at heart....
Sometimes what we want to do and what we can do can be conflicting and out of our complete control for us....I wish you and Cosmo all the best and I'm keeping you in my thoughts.....

Honey I only pray for the best for your boy.
You seem to be under so much stress please take a breather and
try to relax. You, at 19, seem to be doing very well for yourself and Cosmo.
If you see he's imporving daily God willing he will be ok.
All we can do it the best we can and for each of us that means something
different.
Prayer's coming for little Cosmo that he continues to get better each day.

Vicki thank you for being so sweet :D I love talking to her and doing everything i can to help it just really bothers me that i cannot just fly there and actually be there for her to support her through all of this.

And don't forget yourself i have read you post and girl helping others is def. your calling. I have seen your words in your post just totally lift spirits up :thumbup:. YOU ROCK!!!!

Marcella, sweety is Cosmo's head tilt gotten any better today? I was asking because i noticed with Sam that there was slight changes everyday sometimes you have to look really hard but they are there.

I am still praying for little Cosmo i just know he will get better and be back to 100% in not time at all.

Edit: my laptop is about to lose its charge I just wanted to add that last night, cosmo when he was falling asleep last night he was snoring and crying, looking around at nothing??

I'm home! okay, my brother said this morning when cosmo got up his head was a little out of wack, but now it seems much much better, you can barely notice the tilt.

Glad to hear that Cosmo is doing better!!!! I know i was one of the people to tell you to go see a neurologist. However i know you are 19 and you are doing everything you can for him. Keep monitoring him and just don't let him jump on or off anything or do anything to crazy until you do a recheck with your vet. hope things continue to improve through the weekend.

This dog is really throwing me for a loop...he woke up from his comfy bed and walked into the kitchen while I was making dinner, and he looked up at me with his head tilted :(

Oh sweety i am so sorry i know exactly what you are going through and i know how hard it can be. But just trust me when i say if he is going through what Sam did he will get better with each day.
