Tatum needs surgery..

Brooke~ it's so wonderful to see you back here. I know how devastating it is to have a sick baby, and not know exactly what to do. All you want is for it to be done, done perfectly and be over, huh? But you're getting a lot of good advice on a lot of different things (who woulda' thought, LOL?) and Tatum will be just as good as new in no time. I know that's not soon enough, but each day brings you closer to getting her there . You and Tatum are in mine and Max's thoughts and prayers and I check everyday to see updates on your little girl! Don't feel like you need to respond to my PM's, I just want to know that you're all ok!

Brooke I am so sorry, I am just now able to really get back on yt and read some of the threads. They did a skin scraping and taping around her nose/mouth where she has been losing hair and she doesn't have any mites or anything, but she does have an infection. (alopecia and pruitis) whatever that is

I don't even know what else to type anymore. I am just shaking and crying and have a splitting headache from all the crying and my head is just spinning..

Thank you so much She stopped shaking not too long after I made that first post about her...I actually think she was just cold to be honest. It was pretty cool out that day and I had just come in with her after taking her out to go potty. When she came in I gave her some cottage cheese to eat because she wasn't eating her dry food all that well (I know it it sounds weird but I think it had to do with her just going crazy with the itching...) and she absolutely LOVES cottage cheese, so I figured she would eat some of that for sure (and she did). Well of course the cottage cheese is kept in the fridge, and I guess after her eating it, because it was cold, and after just coming in from outside, she was just cold and shaking. That is the only thing I can figure out as the shaking didn't last too long and she wasn't doing it at the vets office at all.

When I first saw her shaking it really did scare me though, because of all the crazy itching she was doing...it just made me so nervous and I wanted to be on the safe side and take her in right away

Oh girl, you know how sorry I am about Tumi having LP as well. It truly is just so heartbreaking I wish our little ones didn't have to go through this stuff It just isn't fair AT ALL. It is so wonderful though that Tumi's isn't as bad...THANK THE LORD. I will keep praying for her

Actually I honestly don't think she was in any pain at all. I think the poor little girl was just so cold. The shaking didn't last long and she hasn't done it since, thank God.

Poor lil Tater....i know how expensive it is, Bianca's leg surgery cost me $1500. I was allowed to make payments...can you do that?

I know she will be okay, I was amazed on how fast bianca recovered from her LCP surgery!

Oh my goodness! I don't think I even knew about Bianca having LP surgery - that poor baby!!! I am SO happy to hear that she recovered fast though...and I hope to God that Tatum does too

We will just pay for her surgery up front...no payments. I just want to get it all out of the way..

Oh my gosh Paula, that was the sweetest, most touching message! Thank you sooo much for all your kind words. It brought me to tears just reading it I did let out a little chuckle though, when I read the part about Tate chasing Stedman off in the videos, lol...that is so true and she sure does know how to take charge of that big brother of hers. Even so, she is still my sweet little girl I love her so much..

Did they say why she was shaking? Was she in pain from her knees? That poor little thing.

If you need to talk I'm here. I've went thru this with Rogan (he's neutered and 15 lbs) I won't go into big detail but he had the surgery TWICE - on both knees. I won't lie, it was hard to get thru and a long recovery, as you have to keep them contained, but now he is fine, never limps and is doing great. he is 4.

Hey Brenda, thanks girl If you read a few posts up (in my reply/quote to Shadow), I explained why I think she was shaking (I posted it just a few minutes ago) as I know alot of people were wondering I honestly do believe it was just because she was cold...

Ok...now I am REALLY freaking out Rogan had to have the surgery TWICE on each knee??? Oh my God, please don't tell me that this is a normal thing for them to go through...I will just die
