We are huge Jimmy Buffett fans......so all of ours have some tie to his songs......

Lil Mis Magic - after his song with the same title about his daughter.

Sailor -to tie in with all his Sailor related songs.

Captain Tony - a character from his song Last Mango In Paris. (His AKC name is Primeblu Last Mango in Paris.)

And we will continue this same theme with any other pups we get!!

Tucker isn't. Maddie.....I don't know. I guess that would be a question for her old owner! I'll pretend she's named after actress Madeline Kahn.

My husband thinks most people think she's nameed after Izzy Pop but I don't think so.

I loved the movie Gremlins and it's sequel...that was a cute movie.

Bentley is partially named after The Beatles, His title on his papers are "Sir (for Paul)Bentley's Baby You Can Drive My Car"(Beatle song) I know I've said it before here, my yorkies before Bentley were Macca (again for McCartney)Macca's Here There and Everywhere (Beatle song again!) and Jet (McCartney song) his title-Sgt Peppers Silly Love Song ( Beatles andMcCartney-Wings!)

Jack (RIP) was Jackson Daniel (JackDaniels) now he's my Jack-in-the Box!!
Maggie because I just love the actress Maggie Smith
Rocky & his sister Jilly were called Jingle & Belle when they were still in Maggie's tummy.
Rocky is Prince Jingle Bell Rock &
Jilly is Princess Jilly Belle
Sunnie is Sunshine Angel Fair (Sunshine on my Shoulders)

Well I guess you could say Stedman was named after Oprah's boyfriend, Stedman - LOL.

I was watching her show one day and she mentioned him, and I thought to myself..."That would be so cute and so funny for a little Yorkie" - lol...and also something that you definitely don't hear every day

I actually had a list of names written down and when I would read my list off to people (and trust me, there were a TON of names on there!) - EVERY ONE OF THEM picked the name Stedman

What can I say, it just TOTALLY fits my boy!

Logan was named after Wolverine in x-men. The wolverine's human name is Logan. My husband wanted to name the dog after a comic book character so when he came up with this it worked for me because Hugh Jackman is hot.
