It's the PM system that I am most thinking of not the odd bad word I know most 14 year olds know more of them than I do What worried us about the Pm system is we don't know that all members are good truthful people and on some site very nasty people have lured under age girls and boys into meeting them and in some cases this has led to tradegy. People may seem nice on the open forum but you only have their word for it who they are. I mean I am a 42 year old lady from England but I cannot prove that to you I could just as easily be a paedophile or murderer (I'm not BTW but how could you tell ?).

I see what you mean, but YorkieTalk is definitely safer than many other forums that the minors like myself could be on. I doubt that there are many pedophiles/murderers who would go looking on a dog forum for children. They would more likely look in kid chats like the ones on AOL and kid or game forums. Also, it is the parents' responsibilty to teach their children about keeping their privacy on the internet and why they should do so. I think that minors on this site should have parental supervision so that what you mentioned above never happens, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't be allowed on this site. You know? Our parents should just take the proper precautions.

On that note, parents can buy software that monitors EVERYTHING their children do on the internet and EVERYBODY they talk to. If parents did this, no one would have to worry about their children meeting someone they talked to online. You know?

Overall, I think that YT.com is a very safe website for minors. It is definitely A LOT safer than many sites I have seen.
