I think it was Robbie that mentioned whelpings. Now whelpings still make me very nervous and the thing I have learned is be prepared, have your Vet informed you are expecting a litter, make sure the gas tank in your car is full, phones are charged, a crate and supplies ready in case you have to run to the Vet, as anything can happen from an uneventful whelping to a real problem and any time of the day or night. Just because there was no problem with the same bitch last time, doesn't mean a darn thing this time.
