Senior Yorkie Talker | I like a nice strong name! I named mine Toby and my fiance begged me to change it to Trigger! which i did ha ha! Seeing as he is such a sissy the stronger name kinda helps his masculine image! lol!

| I like Peanut and Lucky. I find that it helps to wait a few days after you have him to see his personality. My Muffin was going to be named Lacey at first, but she didn't respond to it. I called her Lil Muffin in a cutsey way...and her ears perked up and she ran over to me......she's been Muffin ever since. I never would have thought to name her Muffin before that.

Senior Yorkie Talker | Also true, sometimes picking a name beforehand just doesnt work! it just doesnt always suit them Then again, Yorkies are just cute so why not give him a cute name! personally it took me weeks to have the name Trigger stick after changing it, suits him to a tee now though!

| I had very cute name picked out for mine. Then I got them home. After a couple of days I realized that the names just did not fit them. I changed them. It just feels right now when I say their name.

| I love the name Peanut! It's so adorable. I tend to name my pets people names though. Max was almost Bob.

| I call mine Peanut, Monkey & Baby so often, some people might think those are their names.

| I tend to go towards names that you don't commonly hear so out of those, I choose Ace. I think it's an adorable name. |

| I'm in the same situation! I had been waiting so long for my yorkie, and now all these names keep running through my head. Right now I am thinking of the following, you can take if you like: noisette miette loulou angelcake jellybean fiorella (fi fi for short) bisou mine is a very sweet, tiny, mellow little girl. i was originally thinking of lulah, but it's just too strong of a name for her. i feel like she needs something that just sounds cute and tiny and sweet. suggestions? |
