| I recently picked up a bag of the Potato & Duck small bites to use as "treats" for my girl. The bites are much smaller than what some other brands consider as "small". It's so conveniently "treat-sized" that it works out well for us for trick training and rewarding and she THINKS they're treats. I'm thinking about giving her the vegetarian formula next. |

| It probably falls under "Vegetarian Formula dry OR Organic Formulas dry". I'll have to go look for the organic one. Didn't see that at the store I was at when I went to pick out an alternative food. And I was choosing from the tiny bite flavours they had available at the time, which just left me with all of two choices. |

| Potato and Duck small bites, and the lamb roll. (I think it's lamb, it's the purple roll).

My little Shadow Donating YT Member | We just switched to this & I was so happy to see how much Bella Loved it! I bought Pot/Duck small bites & Sweet Pot/Venison (which seems to be her favorite). I've never seen her this excited over dry kibbles! I like that the kibbles are not so large & they are flat.

| Does anyone use canned as a topper or a mix in?? I have Snickers on the Venison/SPotato right now but he of course is not too thrilled about it. But he will eat it. I mixed in some plain homemade yogurt this morning and he chowed it down, but I had to mash it up 1st or else he won't eat it--too big kibbles, he would have just licked the yogurt off if I left the kibble whole. I'm going to try the small bites again, and maybe use some duck canned too. Was actually thinking of getting the Innova canned 95% duck so there is more meat since duck is not the 1st ingredient in the kibble. Was trying THK with this in rotation but too much poop! So going to back to just NB again and sticking to it. Might try duck one week and then venison the next and so on. He is so picky...ugh! Would it be bad to give him some canned in the morning and keep it dry in the evening to he can crunch on it and clean his teeth? I'm worried about the canned ruining his teeth. I think this food might be the answer to all my food worries. -Viv and Snicky |

| Milo loves the organic verison, I have been using it since all the recalls. What you might want to try is mixing the roll with the small bites, get a small to medium kong and put a meal inside, Milo LOVES the roll he will do anything for it. You can get a small version of the roll at the pet store and if for some reason this does not work out slice the roll and bake it and use them for treats this way you do not waste any money. Hope this works Quote:
