How often does your Yorkie get fed?

I feed my yorkies twice a days. I leave the food from 8am-10am and same at night 8pm-10pm.

With 5 dogs, it is a serious business!

Lucy,Alpha dog of the house will eat first.. growling at the others if they dare try to come near the bowl! lol

Second Teddy will go, he might let Mika eat too with him but know one else!!

Astra and Tom Pouce just sit around keeping a respectable distance waiting for there turn... lol

My girls get a little bite of canned in the morning and then kibble all day long in their one big bowl...they share and are so cute with all 4 heads in the bowl. Kissy has to have her privacy so she eats under my desk on her pillow . She is such a diva! i have to watch how much she eats or she would eat until she exploded
They get baby carrots at noontime and then they eat their other half of their kibble serving in the afternoon/evening.

I feed twice a day. About an hour before the evening meal, the girls start getting restless, staring at me and jumping up and running to the kitchen door every time I move. LOL. Tinka will stare at me and whine if she believes it is taking me too long to feed them. She is my teapot and always thinks she is starving...

Hee Hee... sometimes I make them wait a bit longer for the evening meal seeing if I can make them a little more flexible. So far it hasn't worked.

With Sasha, I fill her bowl twice a day, but I leave it out for her all the time. She doesn't normally eat anything in the morning & will eventually go to her bowl around the mid - late afternoon time. Once she finishes the first serving, I'll put another helping in about an hour later & she may or may not eat it. I usually give her a few treats in the evening as well, not every night, but usually every other night.

I feed Brooklyn-Miles once a day. When I leave his food out he would rather play and does not want to eat. So, we have designated a specific part of the day that we devote to Brooklyn's meal and we concetrate more on eating and less on playing. He seems to do better that way. I have tried to feed him twice a day but it just doesn't work.

I leave the food out all day but i put new food out each day even if they dont eat the old, i toss the old food out!

Our two get fed 3x per day. We are trying to get Emma to gain some weight-so she gets breakfast and dinner around 6 and 6 and then a snack before bed.
