Elvis walks around a little, then climbs either onto me or my hubby until one of us wakes up...this may be at 3:30 AM...he does not want to go potty, so do not understand whatz up with him!

As soon as I open my eyes Suzi is on me licking my face all happy and excited ! This morning felt a weight on my legs, opened my eyes and sure enough, Suzi was standing there looking right at me, then pounces on me again licking my face !

she is so silly ! ha ha ha

In the last month or so, Cooper has taken to sleeping in (yay!). So I usually have to pry him out of his kennel in the morning.

WE're trying to hard to teach Finnigan to beg, he'll only do it sometimes. Has she always done that or did you teach her?

Brooklyn-Miles will whine & scratch in his crate or if he is sleeping in my room, he will come over to my side of the bed and hop up and down (my bed is huge and sits up on risers off the floor). So when my eyes do start to open I see this little head bouncing up and down! He really is funny sometimes.
I just love my "little man".

Aiden will come over and scratch at me. I'll be under the blankets and then he will start scratching at me..like digging at me. He'll whine and wimper. I love it. Even when I ignore him,he's so funny..never gives up until. I respond.

I am bringing home our new baby on Thursday. The breeder has started her on the wee wee pads. Should I wake her up during the night and put her on the pad since one of the threads said she needs to go three times a night. The first night, should she sleep in her little crate or her play area where she has a pad. Any guidance is appreciated. I am a little nerrrrrrvous.

If she can sleep longer, then trust me, let her. You'll appreciate it later. Sometimes she may wake up more, sometimes less. She'll also cry a lot her first night, but do not let her out of her crate just because she wants to be with you because that will start a bad habit... just like with babies, you have to learn the difference between the "I'm scared and want to be with you" whine and the "I really need to potty" whine. Don't be nervous, everything will be fine! We've all been right where you are and your lucky because you found this site before you brought your new baby home. Most of my babies will jump up and run down the hallway when I move to get out of the bed in the morning (because they know it's time to go outside to play and then eat breakfast), but Maddie dances in circles and licks me the face, DeDe jumps on my chest and bites me on the nose, and Toodles jumps up and down and runs up to give me kisses.

Sophie sleeps curled up next to me, and Toby sleeps on the top of my pillow above my head. They both scratch my head lightly to wake me up.

Sapphire doesn't sleep with me anymore (due to my dialysis), but when she did she never woke me up. She still doesn't make a sound until she knows I'm up. Everyone else in the family can be up and walking around the house, but she won't make a sound until I'm up.
