|  ahh the joys of rex. when he slept in a crate he was up at 8am no excuses. now he sleeps with me and will wake up antime from 10am-11am when i wake up. school days he waskes up at 6;30 with me |

|  i used to be a morning person, but now coz i work split shifts i am definately only on form at about 11am still morning but not as earlt as some!!!

| As soon as my feet hit the floor I get my cup of coffee and we are off outside for our morning duties and exercise !!!!  If this don't get your eyes open and everything moving I don't know what will.....lol
