Are you the same in person as online?

I voted for other, I thought about it and couldn't fit into either of the other three options. I'm pretty much the same person online as I am IRL, except online I have more patience, I can walk away from an arguement which is something I find every hard to do IRL. I swear/cuss alot in person, (never around Amelia). I perhaps come across as a little more polite and well spoken online than I do in person, but once I start chatting with people online but in private and become more familiar with them then my whole personality comes out. It's almost as though I throttle my whole personality online so as not to offen people who wouldn't agree or accept my beliefs, way of thinking or sometimes my attitude.

I have friends I've met on YT and then developed a friendship with them that has lead outside of YT and after a year they are all still talking to me so I guess I can't be all bad!

The only cuss word that would unfortunately slip my lips when my daughter was little...was the D word. I made myself stop saying it when once I dropped something...and she piped up...say D***it momma.

It's definitely interesting to think about. You always hear about some people who intentionally try to change who they are online. I don't attempt to be different online, but it's the medium that makes me that way. I'm a better writer than I am, say, public speaker.

I've not cussed them out but they've witnessed several rants where I've cussed others out. They still like me though, lol.

LOL, bless her! I've been thinking since she was born that I have to tone down my language because I don't want her picking it up. I hate her first word to be "*%$£%^*"

I think so....not only is he not Brad Pitt...he's letting us know...he doesn't have the great personality to make up for it either.
