I love the look of a well groomed long coat, but it is too much trouble. We had a problem with fleas around here last year, and with all the bathing, I had to cut Roxy's and Cricket's hair short. This year we are flea free, but I had them groomed in the puppy cut anyway. We love it! And they both hate having bows or clips, so those don't last long when we get home from the groomer. We shall see how Zaccheus does. He's way too young to tell, at ten weeks old.

I keep Sapphire's hair short. I like the long hair, too, but it's too much work.
