Years before the sport of K9 Nose Work was "invented," American Indians used Yorkshire terriers to find game.

Thor: "Sniff, sniff ... Just over that rise ... 150, 200 head of buffalo. And ... WAIT A SECOND, WAIT A SECOND -- something behind us smells delicious!"

Horse: "Nevermind that, Thor. Chief doesn't like the taste of road apples as much as you do!"

"Not half as Thor as I am" said the little Yorkie with a lisp, who wasn't used to riding side-saddle.....Sally x

Considered much more fierce and versatile than a centaur, this beast of mythology had the body of a horse, the body of a Native American and the head and brains of a Yorkshire Terrier. It was called reverently "Thortaur" and was feared and respected throughout the land.
