				   | We have a tradition where I always make eggnog snickerdoodles for Christmastime. I think my husband would die if I failed to deliver on that unspoken promise! I am also making fudge this year (the KRAFT recipe) which I haven't made in years because the sugar in the recipe tickles my teeth and I just love it so I know it's bad for me! Yet, these things remind me of Christmas. What kinds of desserts do you look forward to at Christmas? Candy canes? Cookies? Cakes? Puddings? I need to know if I'm missing something out there!! |

haha 1/2 British, yes I believe you're right! BUT, I tend to let my MIL do all the British desserts because can you imagine the wrath if my desserts turned out better?? She already gets mad when I make spaghetti and her husband eats it because he snubs his nose at hers..lol! She buys Christmas pudding and brandy cream but never set it alight...thank goodness.. after all the alcohol consumption on this day, those flames would travel right up her arms if she dared to exhale..haha | |

				   | Well to describe it - it's probably easier to look at the BBC recipe I posted above....it's loads of fruit with other stuff combined. It's really love it or hate it (I hate it, everyone else I know in Britain seems to love it ) and it's created on 'Stir Up Sunday'.....

				   | I have to say for us it's frosted sugar cookies. Everyone loves them because they're so soft and puffy. I was just looking at the recipe to see if I had the stuff to do about three batches. I used to love Mexican Wedding Tea Cakes but I haven't had them in years.
