Sugarmamma...every time you write about a food item, I have to open a Google tab and do a search to find out what it is

Unfortunately I don't eat wasabi peas. They are yummy but too much wasabi gives me bad heartburn. Same as regular wasabi.

Oh my! I have been eating these since I could chew! My kids love them too.

My grandma would always have some at her house.

Now go and try some wasabi deep fried nori ( seaweed) that is addicting as well. YUM!

Salad toppers ~ here is a "recipe idea" I found online

At dd's baptism the caterer served a salad with wasabi peas, goat cheese, raspberries over mesclun.

I'm going to grind them up in my food processor and mix with panko and fresh parmesan and spices and use to coat chicken or pork ~ what do you think? Will it pass or fail??

Yea the nori is good too. It's the Korean style that we get over here. Very thin roasted laver.

Never tried the peas but have tried Wasabi flavored almonds.

Have you tried the ones that are lightly dipped in tempura? My kids love that one too.
