We used to joke that we wanted to go to KFC and order a just a bucket of skin. When we had leftover chicken I would remove the skin from all the bottoms thinking no one would notice it was missing when I placed it right side up in the frige.....

Oh my, this brings back a memory....

Revels chocolates - all different centres, in a bag - all look exactly the same. I used to take a tiny bite out of every single one, choose the ones I liked (orange, coconut and peanut ) and put the rest back in the bag for the rest of the family.... x

That's funny!...It reminded me when we had donuts from the bakery and I couldn't decide which one I wanted soooo I did what any woman would do. I took a 1 inch slice out of each one of all six donuts so I didn't have to choose......

If you like to eat fat (I do) you must try the butt end of a fried chicken thigh. It's just a crunchy piece of pure fat. Yum!

Speaking of fat, the super soft, melt in your mouth fat on a big juicy piece of prime rib, rare!

I lust after Prime Rib of Beef in the worst way - but I literally cannot eat it without Yorkshire Pudding. I must have the two together or it's just not the same. I cannot get through a Christmas season anymore without a late lunch or dinner of Prime Rib & Yorkshire Pudding after a long day of Christmas shopping in North Dallas. In Dallas, that is called a perfect December day!

My great grandmother came straight from England! My grandfather was so like her in many, many ways. I do love the Brits and many of the old traditions!
