Mustard lovers
 
There is a 2 month long mustard festival starting soon in Napa! I SO wanna go :drool: :dribble:

Any other mustard lovers out there?

There is even a MUSTARD MUSEUM

I just love mustard with all the German mustards being favs with me.

I love to walk around the German market with a BIG German sausage in a roll full of mustard.....Oh geeezzzz......Now I need to go back to Germany byeeeeeeeeeee

Mustards are a relatively new obsession for me. I've been using Coleman's for years and cooking with yellow and black mustard seeds (I always have to eat a few :D) but the prepared mustards are a new obsession :cool:

I have had (and loved) a couple of German mustards on sausage :dribble:

I am not a big mustard fan...but I do love it on a salami or cheese sandwich:D Lisa is gonna get me for this one though....I thought mustard was mustard...kinda like salt is salt:D

turmeric is what gives some mustards their color. Same thing that gives my beloved curry its beautiful color ~ OMG I'm hungry now :dribble:

Yep good point once a year it is right here but it is not the same as being with my family enjoying a walk around a German Market is it....sniffle

I love all kinds of mustards. Honey mustard is delishes with ham or turkey sandwiches. Dijion mustard is wonderful with corned beef. German mustards are good with sausage. Pub mustard is good with summer sausage cheese and crackers. Has anyone tried wasabi? It is a green colored horseradish type of mustard that is also very good with summer sausage, cheese and crackers. It is very hot. I love it

Really? Surely at the very least you must know there is yellow, brown, and spicy brown??? Then there is the Coleman's spicy powder and yellow powder and mustard seeds......

Oh yes, I know all about those. And honey mustard. Lol. So I am not completely sheltered. But I am sure you have some I never heard of since there are 1500 varieties!! :eek:

Well I am a NEW mustard connoisseur ;)

I have little experience yet.

Here is a very non fancy mustard.mayo mix that I'm currently in love with :D

Now then!!! :) Hampton Court Palace is just down the road which is very nice for wandering - and the market visits Kingston at least 4 times a year. So I think you should stop your sniffling, and go and stay at The Mitre Hotel (where apparently the black pudding is excellent! ;) :D)
