| Slow cooker meals I'm gonna try lamb shank and ox tail tonight. Well, obviously it won't be ready tonight. I'm gonna start it tonight, and hopefully will come out well for lunch or dinner tomorrow. Wish me luck! I will post pics later.

I'm eating it now. It's very good. The crab stock was a nice addition of flavor. However, a few mistakes. I should have used a cheesecloth for some of the spices, like coriander, I'm crunching down on some of them. And I bought persian rice to go with it, I got the one with the sour cherries (my go to rice) but should have gotten a more savory flavor instead. All in all though, I think it turned out well. The lamb and ox tail are both really soft and fall off the bone, of course after cooking it overnight. Sorry for the ugly plating, I'm at work and I was hungry. Oh yeah and the tzaziki I made with low fat lebne cheese, I love this sauce, it should be eaten with everything!
