Put a tad of salt in my coffee grounds before brewing for the first time in years. Going to have a cup now and see if I still like it as I used to.

Hubby came home and made me a snack.

A little sashimi platter. I had left over chopped cabbage so I made a little bowl of coleslaw to go with it. I didn't have any raisins or pineapple so I found the next best thing!

It was SOOOO GOOD!

I just had ghetto enchillada bake:
frozen burritos with re-fried beans, green sauce and preshredded cheese on top-throw in oven to specified temp on burrito package.

Oh so buy today, all I had was 2 lengua tacos and 1 shrimp for 1st meal at 11am. Then nothing until 6, just had leftover half a cup of corn chowder and one soft boiled egg. Was gonna eat a chinese bao, but I got as far as heating it in the microwave and had to go back to work until we closed.

LOL you would love our regular grocery stores here. It's like a full Asian/American market. It's funny because we have an oriental aisle. I want to say the only aisle that doesn't have oriental items would be the cereal one...but I may even be wrong about that.

By lunch on the first day. My hubby took it to work in a cooler and they emptied it out. I called to tell him to hold some for my friends but it was all gone!

We just cut chunks and I weigh it and label the ziploc bags. You ever see the fish head that we bake in the oven? My kids fight for the eyeballs....lol they are gross!
