I believe Oprah’s said it before, it’s kind of rethinking your relationship with food, and looking at it as “fuel” not fun. I still think we can have fun with food, but probably not as much fun as when we were younger.

I am hoping my new hormone medicine will do this so can still eat chocolate.

I had a piecemeal eclectic dinner of 1/3 baked potato, Special K Chocolate Caramel Protein Bar, 1/3 of Hershey bar and 1/2 of my leftover breakfast Honey Bun! Am sooo needing to go to the grocery story and stock up on real food but this hip is preventing that so am making do on the worst food you can imagine! As someone who has loved fine dining and lovely presentations of meals, present conditions are sobering, to say the least. Hey, not complaining - it is filling and humbles one to "make do".

I just had, um I don't even know what it's called. But it's like a sausage, but in a square shape, with vermacelli noodles and whole black peppercorns baked in it, with slivers of garlic and red chili pepper on it. It's slightly sour, a bit salty, crunchy and chewy at the same time. It's a vietnamese thing. MIL gave me a pack. I love them and I don't even know what they are called. I am going to have my midnight snack in a bit. (it's only 10:40 now in CA)

for my midnight snack last night I had Del Taco again. Deluxe nacho fries. Oh were they good! For lunch today I had a pupusa and 3 lengua tacos. Not the healthiest but omg good.

I knew you didn't hate me,I wish I had the willpower to eat as well as you and exercise and feel better. But I have eaten like this for years except for the few months I actually try to diet. I just ate a Banana to make up for it.
