I always have the plain ole breakfast blend coffee and ice coffee thingys for my keurig. For instant coffee I have folgers.

If you'd like to try coconut syrup,(it's just flavored simple syrup) you can get it at Starbucks. I buy the bottle there for about 7 dollars.

So far I had a hot Venti salted caramel mocha coffee with a side of petite vanilla scones.

I like tartar sauce. I also like it with pickles. But I never understood the cheese on it either, but I still eat it LOL. You even noticed it's a HALF a piece of cheese? Why?

Had pho and bo ko (beef stew) this morning. Later had a chicken, apple, tangerine, apple salad, it was really good.

Vegetarian tacos on a romaine shell. On the final day of the 7-day cabbage soup diet, so all we get is brown rice and veggies. Googled this recipe, and it was surprisingly good. (Vegetarian Tacos Recipe - Food.com - 61851) Just onion, celery, bell pepper, garbonzo beans, jalapeno, a few spices and salsa.

Thought I'd hate it, but the garbanzos adequately took the place of meat, and it was plenty hot. Didn't think I'd like the lettuce shell, but it was nice to have it on something cool. I just served it in one leaf like a boat.

I copied this recipe to make this week but i will go light on the "HOT" or dh can't eat it (bad tummy) i thought it sounded really good & easy
