Had a minced apple microwaved with bit of butter, sugar, cinnamon and KashiGoLean Crunch for breakfast. Could only eat half of it. Delish breakfast but better for cold weather.

I think I had one of those when my then boss brought us in a sack of apples he'd gotten from Whole Foods Market. As I recall it was very good.

I thought at the time that apple reminded me of champagne and only later learned that is a well-accepted reason lots of people love them. The good doctor often brought us excellent fruits during his shopping expeditions before coming to the office.

the last 2 packages of Little Debbie Swiss Rolls...TODAY, from 10-4 I ate the entire box. I do this a couple times a year, Swiss Rolls or Oatmeal Creame Pies..((SIGH))) i really need to go to the store
