Well you don't want to hear what I had for dinner! As the empanada was just a snack! Rib eye steak dinner with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled veggies, plus some calamari and a salad with balsamic dressing. And a Newcastle. That was the dinner with my dad, and NO he did not get to pay.

oh dear, apparently I had more to eat. Half a bahn mi, and another spinach empanada with LOTS of chimichurri. I think I put the chimichurri on the bahn mi too.

2/3 of a huge white-iced bun with black coffee - then got randy and added creamer & sugar for the second cup!!! I'll bet I've had 800 calories just so far today & it's only just after 6 a.m.!!!

I tried to eat tomato soup, but that was not successful. So, I ran to the gas station next to my work and it looks like ritz and diet coke for lunch.
