| This was last nights supper.. Baked Salmon seasoned with fleur de sel, fine black pepper, topped with a layer of mayo, green onion, and panko(japanese bread flakes). Over a bed of vermicelli.

| Today I had my Vi-shakes w/coffee of course and some veggie lumpias(like egg roll) and pancit bihon(filipino rice noodles)

| Well yesterday was my first official day off! Me and the bf had a great day starting with lunch at a new French/Cali bistro with pretzels w honey moutard (lol), calimari, and lobster bisque for starters. Then a Croque Madame with a salad, and a blue cheese burger with frites. (Most $$$ lunch ever) Then for Happy hour we had clam chowder, 1/2 doz Kumomoto oysters, a FAB crab cake, and some Manila clams, and washed it down with some dark ale. (Most $$$ Happy hour ever $40!) Today to make up for the naughtyness, had a chicken salad with no beans or rice from Chipotle. They had the most terrible music selection today, more so than usual. Then quinoa salad for a snack. Now I'm waiting for my shrimp to cool down so I can have my coctel. It's got jicama, tomato, onion, scallion, lemon juice, hot sauce.
