It does not say "what did you just drink" or "what did you just consume"

Coffee yes I have broken down and am drinking a cup of coffee so much to do so little energy.

No time to crock pot or soak bean grabbed three cans out the cabinet, tomatoes stewed with oregano and basil, kidney beans in their sauces and black beans in their sauce-tossed them all fully in a pot with some butter, Mortons Seasoning, sea salt and pepper corns (ground) and just heated it up and topped with cheese!

Take that anemia! I have stuff to do and need energy to do it today.
