| Had a ham and egg sandwich for breakfast with Duke's inside and out, and on whole wheat toast to make it healthy.

| Lite is not that bad. Spam is one of my guilty pleasures. Had/having soon again chinese food extravaganza. Lunch earlier today: honey walnut shrimp, salt and pepper pork chop, braised pork belly with preserved vegetables, beef and chinese broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, egg drop soup, and almond milk tea with pastry on top for dessert. then went to a tea house and got a salted caramel milk tea. Up next for dinner: crab with house special sauce, salt and pepper shrimp, shrimp in lobster sauce, shrimp fried rice, beef and broccoli (again), bbq pork buns. No turkey this year.

| Oh my, too much chinese food, and there's leftovers for tonight. Just had three salt and pepper shrimp (whole) yes with the head and shell. Yummy and crunchy! I can literally feel the msg making it's rounds. Perhaps that's why I couldn't sleep last night. I guess make that two nights in a row.
