| For my self i usually take boiled rice with any gram in dinner.And the second menu for the dinner is any vegetable.So i may say that i always take a low fat diet.

| wow... all sounds so YUMMMMMMY tonight we are having Chicken and yellow rice. One skillet, I use beer instead of water. I serve it with salad, chopped tomatoes and a curry sauce. It is one of the dishes my girls request when they are home.
