| Do you make anything special for Easter? What do you plan to make this year for Easter Dinner? I am going to make Easter Pizza (Pizza Rustica) a few days before. For Easter dinner I will make antipasto, manicotti, ham and salad. Maybe artichokes and stuffed mushrooms too. Lamb shaped pound cake and cookies for dessert. |

| No Longer a Member | Not sure, I think I want to make something special since my Landlady will be making Easter lunch/dinner which was awesome last year. I feel like I should be bringing something to the table. Maybe a dessert? Any ideas? |

| I am Greek - so needless to say, we will be roasting a couple of lambs over an open spit. We will also be BBQing about 100 shish-kebobs, salad, pilaf, pastitsio and mousaka. Hopefully that will be enough and the day will be sunny and warm.

| Ham and candied sweet potatoes with whatever available to go with plus chocolate bunnies and, of course, PEEPS!
