I often freeze half the night I make it.. such as meatloaf and such. I also do what Lisa said.. plan different meals from the same meat. I think we should have a "recipe" section -- Oh and I find a lot of good recipes on packages.. like the lipton soup mixes, they are really good!!!

| It's basically fried rice (Chinese style) that you add chicken,pork,shrimp,etc to. You can use 1 meat or all 3......usually contains a scrambled egg and green onions and maybe peas and carrots as well.

OOPS! Looks like I should have read the whole thread first - sorry you could use Worcestershire sauce maybe. Soy sauce is used a great deal for the salt content so you would need to add more salt.
