				   |      yes, it's normal. As a visiting nurse we used to suggest eating prunes or mixing bran and prune juice to our patients who were having a problem with constipation.

|    Donating YT 500 Club Member     |      I'm sorry about your dad and understand why you would worry!   Eating prunes and a diet in high fiber along along with other dietary considerations might just keep you from developing not just colon cancer but other cancers as well.
