| Charlie is about 5 1/2 lbs. Charlie can not eat those green teeth cleaning bones. Balls of it gets stuck in his stomach and he throws it up a couple days later after days of no eating or pooping. Poor baby. |

| Greenies Greenies are bad news, you lucky he drew them up. Have a bag here and i will not give them to my babies !!!! Hi!, This is in no way an intention to defend greenies. Just want to know what you meant by "you lucky he drew them up". Oh, gosh, now I see. It was a typo, you meant chew! Thanks for your concern. I watch his poop every day for any signs of trouble. He does chew them thoroughly but I would never recommend them to others because of the troubles so many dogs have had with them. I quit giving him rawhide chews because of the risk of ptomaine (according to my online dictionary is A basic nitrogenous organic compound produced by bacterial putrefaction of protein) Not that it would make him sick necessarily but it could make us sick. Had I known of greenie dangers before I first gave them to him I would never have started. One summer when we were camping I met three Yorkies who had lost their teeth and their little tongues were hanging out! Even with the chewing and brushing I still take him to get his teeth cleaned from time to time. Our big chow/golden Lab dog could eat anything. He used to get logs off the woodpile and make them into kindling. How different they are, dogs, that is. Thanks for your note. |

| Sorry i was not clear ! What i meant, alot of problems with some dogs eating them and forming blockage then needing surgery's ! Just too scary to take a chance... Rosi never had a problem eating them as she is not a gulper, but after reading soo many horror storys i just dont want to take a chance with them !
