Hello Everyone! (Idaho) TINY YORKIE HERE! Just wanted to say HELLO to my neighboring Yorkie lovers. I am from North Idaho. MY little guy is Sir Didymus (AKC).. Born in May 2011.. Currently only 2.5 lbs and not expected to be much bigger. I don't call him "Teacup," because there is really no such thing. Tiny Yorkies who happen to carry the small-doggy gene are still just Yorkies. My little guy came from a small Dame and small Sire (4-5 lbs) and just happened to turn out to be very small himself... With a HUGE personality! My Rottweiler even steps aside to allow Didymus to pilfer his food. A tiny little bully he is! LOL! Any other Idahoans out there?

Nice to meet you all! Yes, Sir Didymus (we just call him Didymus) is quite the ham. I named him after a character on a movie: "The Labyrinth" with David Bowie. =) Didymus is very active and very healthy. Our vet is surprised at how small he is but says he is healthy as can be! He eats more expensive food than my family does- he should be healthy, LOL! =) Didymus is a jumper too but so far, hasn't hurt himself. KNOCK ON WOOD! Our biggest problem is that he still isn't potty trained. But- we live in North Idaho and it gets COOOOLLLD here (currently we have a couple inches of snow) and it's not a good idea to take this tiny of a dog outside for potty time, especially in the snow. He pees/poops on his puppy pads when he is in his playpen. But when he's out in the house, he will occasionally leave us "tootsie rolls" in random places. He always wears his tinkle-belt when he's out in the house because I have a 4 year-old and a 1 year-old and can't have them slipping/stepping in his messes everywhere. He also has a teensy bit of dry skin. But we've been working on using more conditioner during bathtime and it seems to be helping a bit. Anyway, tell me about yourselves and your pups!!!

| Many times the size of the photo is to big you have to resize it to be under 200KB I look forward to seeing pictures!

To Sir Didymus From Charlie in Boise: Here are a few tips I have from cold country. I came home about a month ago and I am now 4 months old. I was taken out every hour or so and when I went tinkle I would get a treat. What a deal! Sometimes I would just run around and then i would get 0. I never figured that one out. If I left a stinky cigar on Mom's carpet I would get scolded by a word named shame and then me and the stinky cigar would go out in the grass. That was really crazy! Finally I figured out if I left that stinky cigar in the grass I would get 2 treats immediately, and lots of love. What a deal.. I still leave a stinky cigar once in a while, and mom still says that stupid work Shame Shame, but I try to get her attention so I can do it in the grass. Oh by the way, I hate the cold too. Mom has put up a big blue thing called an easy up, but she put it low to the ground so I don't have to fight the snow or rain. I hate wet feet. I guess you can say I am spoiled ! She always goes outside with me so I am never alone. I really hope this helps you teach your mom how to give you treats. Love Charlie p.s.My mom helped me write this

Hi SirDidymus I'm new to owning a yorkie too, I thought I had done my research before I got my little guy, but nothing I read could have prepared me for the little terror! But I love him, even if he does chew on my shoes and lifts his leg on the furniture (he has gotten better at behaving though) I noticed you live in Hayden, I do too! Another thing we have in common is that both your yorkie and mine were born in May 2011. Henri is a little bigger then your puppy, he weighs 7 pounds. I thought he was going to be smaller because for a while he stopped growing, but then he randomly hit a growth spurt. Btw, I like your puppy's name
