| Any YT who live near Puyallup Hi....I just moved to Puyallup from DC and was wondering if there is anyone on this site from Puyallup Wa or in the area, maybe we could have our Yorkies play together. I have two yorkies, a boy named Dinky who is almost 2 1/2; and a girl named Roxy who is almost 11 months. |

| My little girl Roxy is 4 pounds and Dinky is 8 pounds (he's a little chunky) I am hoping that Roxy will get a little bigger, but she is already 11 months so I am not sure if that is going to happen. Your yorkies are so adorable!!! dinky.jpg dinky and roxy.jpg Roxy.jpg |

| PHoebe put on more weight in her second year. She was only about 4.5 at a year. So there's hope! Your babies are cute too! Whereabouts in Puyallup do you live? Have your dogs been around other yorkies? deb |

| Both Dinky and Roxy have been around other yorkies, dogs a little bigger than them, and big dogs. They both have been around other dogs since they were little! They do fine with other dogs; sometimes it takes Dinky and little longer to warm up to other dogs (he seems to want to let everyone know that he is the boss), but Roxy loves everyone and just wants to play! I live as far south as you can go in Puyallup, I am closer to Graham. Where is Buckley, WA? I am from North Seattle originally so I should know other cities, its just been 4 years since I lived hear so I seem to have forgotten! Sarah

| Puyallup is just about 20-30 minutes from here. Eventually we are moving to the Roy/Mckenna area, which is close to Puyallup, still. I go to church in Sumner, and my daughters dance in Enumclaw. We've been in this house for about 21 years. Do you work during the day or stay home? On the weekends, right now anyway, I generally have to stick around here and help my hubby with the house, as we are finishing up our remodel to get this house ready to sell... During the week, Thursdays and Fridays we don't have dance, so we are free in the afternoons. I don't like dog parks, however, as i think there are too many aggressive dogs that are bigger than our little yorkies....too dangerous. It would be fun to meet at one of our houses...do you have a fenced yard? Mine is sort of fenced, but not really enclosed fully. do you have skin kids too? I have four, but one is an adult.....well, sort of...he's 21. The girls are 17, 15 and 11. deb |

| I work during the week from 8-5 in Bremerton (its a LONG commute) but I am pretty free during the weekends. I am 24 (but feel so much older, I think the military did that to me ) and married. My husband is currently deployed in Iraq so its just me and my puppies right now. We don't have any human children yet. I do have a fenced in back yard, we just moved to a subdivision so the yards aren't huge but they are plenty big for yorkies. I have never been to any of the dog parks out here, but if there are lots of big dogs I don't think I would trust them especially since my puppies are so small. I would love to get together and have our puppies play together, I know mine would LOVE it! Sarah

| I use to live in Puyallup a few years back. We live in the South Hill area near Fred Meyers. We know live in CA. Oh, how I miss our view of Mt. Rainer out or kitchen window. We do not have that her in the Bay Area (CA). We do have Mt. Diablo here... to me it is not even a mountain...a hill with some dirt and trees...LOL. When we did our first house hunting trip: all the realtors would talk about how wonderful it is to have a view of Mt. Diablo. We had the hardest time keeping a straight face. We keep thinking you have got to be kiding!! |

| If you ever want to drive up to Seattle on a weekend, you might want to check out the Seattle Yorkie Meetup group, which meets once a month. More details at the site below: http://yorkie.meetup.com/258 |

| Yes living in the middle of nowhere does suck, I used to be stationed in Mississippi and there wasn't much. You need to tell him to get stationed in WA so our puppies can play LOL
