| Kitty Number 2 I was so proud of myself when i went to view the new Animal Shelter building...I was on my way out and had not fallen in love w any kitties and was ready to make a clean escape....then a few feet from the exit I noticed a door on my left.....there was only one cage inside and only one kitten in the cage.....it was a special care room....someone had abandoned this kitten outside the bldg and an employee had found it when they were having their lunch on the grounds....she was 9 weeks old but looked 5 wks old....totally dehydrated and a complete mess.....furr ball on the outside but when you picked her up she was a complete skeleton....I couldn't take my eyes off her as I died inside....the attendants told me not to worry they were sure someone would adopt her....I said that's why I'm worried ...."I want her"....for 3 wks she had what looked like pink pepto bismo coming out of her....but today she is very healthy ....you will only see her in pictures because when someone else comes into the house she disappears until they leave......she is sort of "not all there"....but she is a total sweetheart.....she was already named when I got her because of the time of year and how she was found..........meet Pumpkin |

| Cute! Congrats on all your new babies. They are all beautiful. Good for you for saving them from the shelter I got 2 kittens a few months ago from the shelter here after our cat disappeared, they are the sweetest kittens. I'm so glad I saved them. I can't believe someone actually turned them in to the shelter in the first place. Enjoy your babies!!! Pam |
