| Maltese's vomit smells like feces Bella is acting normal and playing but she threw up and it smelled like poop. What do I do? My boyfriend says that she doesn't have to go to the vet and I am just over reacting but there must be something that is making her vomit smell so bad. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Thanks guys!

| This has not happened to me, but I'm wondering if maybe she ate poop and threw it up. Is she pooping still? If that stopped I'd be worried. |

| I had a dog that did that and he was really really sick. He had an overgrowth of bactira in his gut. It's a bactiria that they have naturally but when it overgrows it smells very bad when they throw up!

| Unless your BF is a Vet. I'd call one and tell him/her what the problem is and let them decided if your baby should be taken in. |
