				   | This may not be the right place to post this ... I am beside myself! My Amanda's Westie, Jack, is missing and I just want to ask everyone to pray that he will be found!! She took him out on his leash to potty and he jerked his head out of his collar and ran when she panicked. She is hysterical and I am in Colorado and my baby is in Alabama!! His tags are all on the collar! My daughter-in-law left work and is helping her look along with some from the Fire Department. I have been trying to calm her down but he ran across a big highway and into some woods with thick underbrush. I feel so helpless!!! I told her to take treats and some of his toys that he gets excited about when he hears them ... he loves to play and if he hears them he will come to play!! We have more snow heading our way or I would go back home!!

				   | OMG! I'm so sorry to read this. Sending lots of prayers out and good vibes they find him soon. Please update as you hear from them. That baby needs to be home! Weather here (west central MS) is wet and nasty and is Bama bound. Hope they find him before the rain hits.

				   | Thank you all soooo much! I just spoke with them again for the umpteenth time and they still haven't found him. They are back at home now working on fliers .... I emailed them some full body pics that I have and told them to be sure and offer a reward. I will pay whatever it takes, my baby's heart is just broken! Again, thank you all so much for your thoughts & prayers!

				   | Just spoke with them again ... nothing. They have been out posting the fliers and looking some more before it gets dark. He's never been outside alone and especially in the dark ... he's such a sweetheart. The thing that just mortifies me is the fact that Patrick saw that pitbull several times while we were home .... I can't say that to Amanda because her little heart is just broken already. I pray that she doesn't think of it. We are praying that he will just show up at home with a big 'ol smile on his face! My heart just hurts so badly ... I appreciate you all so much ... thank you for all your thoughts and prayers! I will update as soon as I hear something new.

is there a loose pitt also to have to worry about ?? Oh man I was so hoping for your good news ....and there will be good news....Do you think he'll know enough to come back across the road if he isn't found soon and it's too dark to keep looking ?? I hate hearing about lost little dogs so much because we know how scared and confused he must be feeling.... PRAYING for your little guy and please HUG Amanda for me - tell her someone in Houston is really REALLY hoping he's found and quickly. Hugs and try to think positive - dogs have been found after days of being missing before....but we don't want it to go that long... | |

				   | Nothing new. Shirley: Thank you so much! The "pitbull" is the one that killed my granddaughter's old cat, Spooky, almost a year ago. She had that sweet old cat for over 15 years [ever since she could remember and she was devistated] and the pitbull came in their yard and grabbed Spooky and crushed her chest ... the vet said she probably died instantly. Anyway, when the right opportunity comes along, my son is going to kill the dog. While we were home for the holidays, Patrick saw it near our house several times, so we know it's still out there. Villette: Yep ... the pit is still loose down there. [details above] It is dark down there now and Jackson is still lost. His Nonnie won't sleep at all tonight. He has never been allowed to just run free so I don't know if he can find his way back home or not. Thank you so much ... I will tell Amanda and I know she will appreciate your thoughts & prayers. There is supposed to be cold stormy weather there tonight and tomorrow. I will update as soon as there is news.
