I normally don't log on to YT at night but I just couldn't get this off my mind and wanted to check in, hoping to find good news. Prayers are still going out that they find him soon!! Weather here is still rainy and nasty, not too cold but I know it's headed their way. Hopefully they will find him soon or at least someone will and bring him home where he belongs. Hugs to you and your family.....will check first thing in the morning for an update.

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately, I have no news .... they still haven't found him. Amanda looked until about 11:30 last night and she said the weather is just awful. I just keep praying that he is curled up somewhere safe and warm. He's got the greatest personality and loves people. At this point, I hope someone opened their door and invited him in and he went! All I can do is wait and pray. Hopefully, I will be able to give a happy update today.

I'm sure waiting for the GOOD news....poor little sweetie - I hope someone finds him and he's warm and toasty and just waiting to come home

Still nothing! It was late when I last heard from them last night .... Amanda was still looking. I am so frustrated. Her boss [she works for a vet] has pretty much told her everything that we have ... post fliers, call all other vets, shelters, etc. ... she has done all that. She is doing everything and every free second is out looking with treats, favorite toys, etc. We're pretty much at our wits' end!

Thanks everyone ... just please keep praying that she will find him or know what happened to Jack!

I hate to hear it about that Pitbull, I just read on AOL news about that 5 year old little girl that was killed by a pit this week.....

Stay positive Jackson will come home.....

My daughter-in-law got a call today from a man whom Amanda had put a flier in his mailbox. He said a lady had retrieved a dog, who answered Jackson's description, from the street where he almost got hit by a car! She stopped to see if it was his dog or if he knew where it lived. He said it wasn't his and she took him with her saying that she was going to place an ad in the paper. This being the weekend and since the man didn't know the lady, all we can do is wait and watch the paper. I thought I recognized the name of the subdivision where the man lived and thought about it for hours until a light went on in my head!! My cousin used to live there ... soooo ... I gave her a call. She still has lots of friends there and will be sending her three daughters down tomorrow ... she said to "sweep the neighborhood"!!

If he is there, I believe they will find him. I feel so encouraged ... it just has to be Jack! Please pray and believe with me that this will be a happy ending and that he will finally be safe at home! Thanks ... I appreciate you all so much.
